• The Jacob and Rita Van Namen Marketing Scholarship is intended to develop knowledgeable, creative individuals who will improve the floriculture industry. This award requires students to have a career interest in agribusiness, marketing, and distribution of floral products and be of sophomore, junior, or senior standing. To be eligible, applicants must: have a 2.0 GPA; and be a citizen or resident of the US or Canada, or or be enrolled in an accredited educational institution in the US or Canada.

  Besides completing the online application, applicants must also submit two letters of recommendation (preferably one from a teacher and one from an employer), a resume and transcripts from their most recent school.
