I am not a full Korean blood. I was wondering if I am still eligible. I am the 3rd generation of my family here in Hawaii. I am currently attending the University of Hawaii at Manoa and also the first among my siblings to attend college and hoping to complete within another two years. Both of my parents passed away and financial support has been a struggle for me as a student and as supporter to my younger siblings whom are not here with me.
