• The Walter and Shelia Umphrey Last Dollar Endowed Scholarship has been created to benefit students from the Golden Triangle communities in Texas (see website for eligible zip codes) and should be used help close the financial gap for college juniors and seniors attending one of the four UNCF member institutions; Huston-Tillotson University (Austin), Wiley College (Marshall), Texas College (Tyler), and Jarvis Christian College (Hawkins), and Baylor College (Waco), or Lamar University (Beaumont). Eligible applicants must demonstrate financial need, have a 2.5 GPA, and be a legal US resident. For more information or to apply, please visit the scholarship provider's website.
