The Grand Rapids Community Foundation's Dr. William E. and Norma Sprague Scholarship is offered to a full-time student with a permanent residence in the Michigan counties of Kent, Allegan, Barry, Ionia, Montcalm, Muskegon, Newaygo or Athens County, Ohio, pursuing a degree at Ohio University. Applicants must have a 3.0 GPA. Scholarship recipients are selected by the Grand Rapids Community Foundation (GRCF) and applicants follow the GRCF process. Applications run from December until the due date.
