To be eligible for the Kenneth Hugh MacDonald Sr., Broadcasting Scholarship, applicants must: demonstrate financial need; be a graduating high school senior or current undergraduate from Bay, Clinton, Eaton, Genesee, Huron, Ingham, Lapeer, Midland, Saginaw, Sanilac, Shiawassee or Tuscola County; and, pursue undergraduate studies in a broadcast-related field full-time.
