This scholarship is funded by the Friends’ Blackburn Scholarship Event held in early February. Scholarships are administered by the Board of Trustees of the Friends of The Frelinghuysen Arboretum with payment of the scholarships made directly to County College of Morris to be applied toward student tuition.
