Scholarship Description

Education is vital to the growth and future of every community. Because of this, the Saginaw Community Foundation administers a variety of scholarship programs for high school, community college, university and vocational students. Since awarding our first $500 scholarship in 1987, the Saginaw Community Foundation has awarded more than $8 million in scholarships. The Frank N. Andersen Memorial Scholarship is given in memory of longtime Saginaw philanthropist Frank N. Andersen. To be eligible for the Frank N. Andersen Memorial Scholarship, applicants must be Saginaw County high school seniors with 2.75 GPA, undergraduates with 2.5 GPA (enrolled full-time), and Saginaw County residents.
