Scholarship Description
To qualify for the Hospitality Education Scholarship, students must have an overall cumulative high school GPA of 2.5 and must enroll to study hospitality at either the University of New Orleans or Delgado Community College. Applicants must be a high school junior or senior in the Orleans, Jefferson, Plaquemines, St. Bernard, St. Tammany, St. Charles, St. John the Baptist, Iberville, Tangipahoa, or St. James parish.
Students must demonstrate in their application answers a positive attitude, teamwork, and effective communication
skills in either a paid or volunteer position, either in school, your community, or a job. You will need to have the entire application packet postmarked and in the mail no later than Thursday, May 25th! Incomplete and/or late applications will make you ineligible for consideration.
