Maine Veterans Dependents Educational Benefits

• Scholarship Description
• Maine provides a 100% waiver of tuition and all mandatory fees for spouses and dependents of veterans, or disabled veterans, as defined in Title 37B, Chapter 7, Section 505(2). Eligible applicants must have been residents of Maine for at least five years, children of veterans must enroll in this program by age 22, and parents of step-children must be married for 5 years prior to application. Schools covered under this program include the University of Maine System, Maine Community Colleges, and Maine Maritime Academy. Eligible for everything except doctoral degrees.
