One scholarship will be awarded annually to a post-baccalaureate, full-time graduate student who is studying, or will study, at an accredited institution in the United States, and who wishes to pursue a career in conservation and natural resource management or related fields of study.
Preference will be given to a candidate with a strong commitment to the environment and to the management and preservation of natural resources as evidenced through the candidate’s achievements and work-related, volunteer or other community activities. It is the WNF&GA hope that the scholarship will help recipients to continue the efforts and successes of other conservationists who have dedicated their lives to the future of our planet. We must act responsibly to protect the natural resources we have inherited. The scholarship recipient must submit a brief report detailing the results of their work at the end of each semester.
