• The Abbie Sargent Memorial Scholarship is available to all New Hampshire residents enrolled in or accepted to an institution of higher learning for the upcoming fall semester. Preference will be given to those involved in agriculturally related studies. This award is named in memory of Abbie Sargent, who was ahead of her time in terms of women's roles in leadership and dedication to a cause.

  The applicant must be: A resident of New Hampshire; Able to demonstrate financial need; Dependable and must have shown acceptance of responsibility; A graduate of an approved high school with average or better grades; Enrolled in or accepted to an institution of higher learning for the upcoming fall semester.
