Our mission is to provide college scholarships and educational counseling to the children of military personnel who have been killed in the line of duty. Our goal is to bridge the gap in funding between available sources of grants and scholarships (i.e., VA Chapter 33 or 35, federal, state, local and private grants) and the total cost of college. Scholarships cover tuition and books, supplies and equipment, and living expenses.
Scholarship grantees represent every branch of the military and cover the attendance post-secondary schooling across the United Sates. Education scholarships can be applied to the cost of attendance at all post-secondary education institutions, including trade schools and 2 year colleges. Children of Fallen Patriots does not cover graduate school at this time. Applicants must have a minimum term and cumulative GPA of 2.0 and be VA eligible. Scholarships are awarded on a rolling admission policy. Grantees are eligible for up to $6250 per year (from July through June).
