  • The Grand Rapids Community Foundation's Paul Collins Scholarship is offered to an undergraduate level student studying Fine or Applied Arts at Aquinas, Calvin, GVSU, GRCC or Kendall. Applicants must be a resident of Kent County, have a minimum 2.5 GPA, demonstrate financial need, and demonstrate artistic talent. Scholarship recipients are selected by the Grand Rapids Community Foundation (GRCF) and applicants follow the GRCF process.
