• The Loan Repayment Program is one of several Navy enlistment education incentive programs designed to pay federally guaranteed student loans (up to $65,000) through three annual payments during a Sailor's first three years of service.

  ADVERTISEMENT

  The loan must be entered into before going joining the military. This program is currently only available to eligible personnel in the delayed entry program who will enlist as active duty Sailors. Participants who entered in active duty status after October 1, 2014, are no longer required to send in the Annual DD Form 2475.
