• Scholarship Description
• Julia's Learning Foundation's goal is to assist life-long learning through tutoring, mentoring, counseling, and community outreach. JLF also provides students with access to scholarships, grants, and other financial aid resources. The preference of the applicant is a student who will be or is attending a college in San Bernardino County or Riverside County. Los Angeles County students may apply. Students are required to respond to the essay question using a minimum of 500 words: “Why is pursuing a college education important to you?”.
