• The Norman Topping Student Aid Fund offers supplemental scholarships to incoming freshmen, incoming transfer, and incoming graduate students at USC. The criteria for selection is a focus on high financial need students who demonstrate extraordinary levels of community awareness. First-generation college students and local area applicants are given primary consideration in the scholarship selection process (however, the scholarship is not limited to these populations).
