To apply for the Florence Turner Karlin Scholarship, applicants must be a former graduate of any high school in Nebraska pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in education at a qualified college or university in Nebraska. The applicant must have completed at least his/her sophomore year in college, having maintained a minimum GPA of 3.0. Recipients may renew this scholarship for an additional year, provided they maintain a 3.0 GPA.
