The Powering Education Scholarship from Alpha One Disability + Aging Solutions provides financial support to individuals with disabilities pursuing post-secondary education. This scholarship offers up to $5,000 per recipient and is open to students entering undergraduate or graduate programs. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis through April 1, and funds are awarded following successful completion of the first semester.
Scholarship Details

Eligibility Criteria

- Must have a B average GPA or equivalent

Application Process
- Write a 500–1000 word essay describing how your disability has shaped your worldview and personal development
- Obtain a letter of recommendation from a teacher, guidance counselor, coach, clergy member, or similar
- Include an unofficial copy of your current high school transcript
- Complete the official application form (typed or clearly printed)
