  • The Bobette Bibo Gugliotta Memorial Scholarship for Creative Writing honors the late Bobette Bibo Gugliotta, author of several books, including Katzimo: Mysterious Mesa; Pigboat 39, about a World War II submarine; and Women of Mexico: The Consecrated and the Commoners. In order to apply, you must have demonstrated passion for creative writing (two writing samples are required with the student's application), be a graduating high school senior or graduate of a public or private high school in San Mateo County or Santa Clara County, and be planning to enroll or currently enrolled in a four-year college or university as a full-time student and be a United States citizen or eligible non-citizen.
