  • The Jeff Yapp Scholarship is helping post-secondary students throughout Canada and the United States achieve their professional goals with 3 prizes of $1,000 (USD/ CAD) each!

    The Jeff Yapp Scholarship Program is open to post-secondary students of any year and age, attending institutions in Canada and the United States for Advertising, Business, Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations. Students must submit proof of enrollment and a 500 word essay on how they plan to use their degree to be a leader in their industry. Protest at Johns Hopkins U Over Proposed Private Police Force

Student at Johns Hopkins University have staged a month-long sit-in at Garland Hall, JHU’s main administrative building, to protest the university's plans for a private police force, which was recently approved by the Maryland General Assembly. The university has had to suspend financial aid, disability, academic advising, and international services due to the protest's complete blockage. The protesting students are also demanding that JHU cancel its contracts with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and eight students even chained themselves to Garland Hall. [...]
