• Scholarship Description
• The Maryland Tourism Education Foundation awards academic, career enhancing, and transitional scholarships each year to increase the skills and knowledge of Maryland’s tourism workforce. Scholarships can be used for post-secondary education to meet three career development objectives: Acquiring an industry degree, Career development and enhancement or Transitional training.

  Applicants must be current residents of Maryland who have either a minimum of six (6) months work experience in a Hospitality & Tourism related position OR minimum one year enrollment in a Maryland-sanctioned or accredited Hospitality & Tourism-related education program, with the intent to pursue a professional career in Hospitality & Tourism.
