Richland County Foundation's undergraduate college scholarships are based on financial need. Students must be attending an accredited college or university on a full-time basis and maintain primary residency in Richland County, Ohio. New applicants must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Returning students must maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA. Scholarships are for graduating high school seniors, current college students and non-traditional students. Dollar amounts will vary.

The mission of the Richland County Foundation is to improve and enhance the quality of life in Richland County through strategic philanthropy and community leadership. To accomplish our mission, we will: provide leadership; distribute grants; prudently manage; identify and cultivate donors; assist donors; and offer scholarships.
