Funny Money $500 Comedy Scholarship

• Why a Comedy Scholarship? Comedy requires critical thinking, writing ability, interpersonal communication, adaptation, and a bunch of other good stuff we generally categorize as academic and professional 21st-century skills. The Funny Money Comedy Scholarship will award up to $500 towards a program focused on learning or developing comedy skills in a guided context. To enter, you must be between 13 and 19 years old as of May 31st (the contest deadline).

  What kind of program? Pretty much any kind. Online, in-person, stand-up comedy, improv, comedy writing, comedic acting, comedic sculpture, and more! We don’t pretend to know everything out there, but we’re excited to find out! Please take some time to read the rules on our website, as well as the Official Contest Rules before submitting your application. The deadline to apply is 11:59 PM on May 31st.
