I'm an adamant advocate for HIV/AIDS in the urban and rural South. I stand up to discrimination against the LGBT community and persons living with HIV/AIDS. My overall focus is to provide stigma management and education to people who do not know about HIV/AIDS, the transmission rates, or even about condom negotiation. I think this would be an awesome scholarship for me to assist me to continue providing information and education to all those in need.

As someone overcoming the barriers of inner city lifestyles, I think this is a great scholarship opportunity for me. I regularly volunteer with the recovery community and I love encouraging the children to look to the future with faith and hope, having all confidence that our community with be there for them. I take time for the seniors to let them know that their efforts are not forgotten and visit with the children to inspire service in our neighborhoods.

This so far seems like the best scholarship to get. So many people are bullied everyday for their race/ religion/ sexuality and anything else one can be teased about.

This is probably one of the coolest scholarships out there. Especially for those whose efforts go out there to stop discrimination and bullying.
