  • The Dr Pepper Most Inspirational Player award aims to recognize the unsung heroes of our high school football teams. This individual might often be overlooked on the field, yet inspires his teammates and coaches through his commitment, positive attitude and willingness to preserve through adversity.

    If you would like to nominate a player, the nomination form asks that you also write 250 words or less about why your player should be chosen for the Dr Pepper Most Inspirational Player Award.

    The winner of the Dr Pepper Most Inspirational Player Award will be presented with a scholarship prize on-field during the Holiday Bowl on December 27. The award is open to all junior and senior football players. Entries must be received by December 2.
