Because of this, the Saginaw Community Foundation administers a variety of scholarship programs for high school, community college, university and vocational students. Since awarding our first $500 scholarship in 1987, the Saginaw Community Foundation has awarded more than $8 million in scholarships. To be eligible for the Jordan M. Draper Memorial Scholarship, applicants must: demonstrate financial need; be a senior at Heritage High School with a 3.0 GPA; have participated in high school athletics at least one year; and are pursuing an undergraduate degree or Career and Technical Education (CTE) training (skilled trade/vocation) full-time. Dollar amounts for this scholarship will vary.
