William H. Palmer established this scholarship in honor of his sister, who was a prominent teacher. To be eligible for the Margaret L. Palmer Scholarship, applicants must: be a graduating senior from Arthur Hill, Saginaw High, SASA or Heritage high schools; be pursuing an undergraduate degree in elementary education at a Michigan college or university full time; and have a 2.5 GPA. Dollar amounts will vary.
