He also saved and restored historic buildings. Most of all, he was a loving, caring, family man and friend. Bill was a person of truth, love, and goodness.
The applicant must be a graduating senior in Hebron High School, in Hebron Texas, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 in the last two years. The scholarship can only be used to pay tuition and fees at a traditional classroom based college. They cannot be used for an online degree program. The scholarship is renewable from year to year only if the student maintains a 2.75 GPA.
Candidates will be judged on high school GPA and course work, committee interview, essays assigned, activities including work, volunteer, and sports and financial need.
