  • Scholarship Description
  • The recipient of the KnowBe4 Women’s Scholarship will receive a $10,000 Scholarship to be applied to tuition, fees and books only, a three-month paid internship with KnowBe4, the recipient is responsible for travel and lodging for internship.
    Recipient MUST be able to commit to interning at the KnowBe4 corporate office in Clearwater, FL. Internship is paid, the rate of pay will be based upon education level, be a female pursuing, or plan to pursue, a degree with a focus on cybersecurity or information assurance, be an undergraduate student, graduate or post graduate student to be eligible, GPA must be at least 3.3 on a 4.0 scale (or an analogous rank based on a comparable scale), be a US citizen or permanent resident in the United States. "U of Farmington" Fraudsters Prosecuted, Deported

NC Senator Proposes Taxing of Athletic Scholarships

In response to the NCAA's vote to allow athletes to profit from their names, images and likeness, Senator Richard Burr of North Carolina has proposed taxing those scholarships. Senator Burr tweeted: "If college athletes are going to make money off their likenesses while in school, their scholarships should be treated like income. I'll be introducing legislation that subjects scholarships given to athletes who choose to 'cash in' to income taxes." [...]
