  • Scholarship Description
  • At Matrix Health Group our Mission is to provide individualized, focused services to people with bleeding disorders nationwide. Our Vision is to enhance the lives of those we are privileged to serve by providing the best pharmacy and support services possible. Matrix Health Group companies offer nine educational scholarship opportunities to students diagnosed with hemophilia, von Willebrand Disease, or other bleeding disorders, and in the case of three of the scholarships, immediate family members may also apply. Applicants are not required to be past, current, or future customers of Matrix Health Group or its companies.

    Applicants must be a United States resident who has applied to and been accepted to an accredited college, university, or technical school in the United States on a full-time basis (12 credit hours or more). Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA and must submit copy of transcripts and ACT or SAT test scores and two letters of recommendation (copies acceptable); one from a teacher, instructor, professor or school administrator and one from an employer, church leader, volunteer coordinator, or other professional person.
