  • Scholarship Description
  • Southern Regional Education Board's Academic Common Market enables students to pursue out-of-state college degrees at in-state tuition rates, through agreements among the states and colleges and universities. Students who wish to pursue degree programs not available in their state and for whom out-of-state tuition is a barrier to a major offered at another college in another state. Applicants must be a resident of one of 15 SREB states and the program they are interested in must be eligible for participation in the program. SREB programs are for public institutions only, and for both undergraduate and graduate degrees (Florida and Texas participate at the graduate level only).
