Because of this, the Saginaw Community Foundation administers a variety of scholarship programs for high school, community college, university and vocational students. Since awarding our first $500 scholarship in 1987, the Saginaw Community Foundation has awarded more than $8 million in scholarships. To be eligible for the Circle Michigan Scholarship, applicants must: be a Michigan resident; be enrolled full or part-time at a Michigan college or university that has a tourism/hospitality program; have a 2.5 GPA; and, be pursuing an undergraduate, graduate, associate degree or Career and Technical Education (CTE) training (skilled trade/vocation). Dollar amounts will vary.
