Scholarship Description

Grow Ag Leaders exists to make youth aware of the various career opportunities within the industry of agriculture by providing scholarships that help further their education. The Bayer Fund, a philanthropic arm of Bayer, offers $1,500 scholarships to students pursuing a career in various sects of agriculture.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Academic Level: High school seniors (public, private, or home-schooled) and college students enrolled full-time (minimum of 12 credit hours) are eligible to apply.
  • Field of Study: Applicants must plan to pursue a degree in a qualifying area of study related to agriculture.
  • Study Program: Recipients must intend to attend a vocational, 2-year, or 4-year qualifying agriculture-related study program after high school.
  • GPA Requirement: Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.5.
  • Endorsements: Each applicant must obtain a minimum of two electronic endorsements from qualifying farmers.
