The Lee Essie and Charlie McMillan, Jr. scholarships were established in honor of a prominent Saginaw couple. To be eligible for the Lee Essie and Charlie McMillan, Jr. Cosmetology Scholarship, applicants must be pursing a degree in cosmetology, be a Saginaw County resident, and have a 2.5 GPA. There is no specified amount, as dollar amounts for the scholarship will vary.
