  • The Armando J. de Moya Scholarship will be awarded to an undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor's degree in civil Engineering at the University of Florida, Gainesville, who shows financial need, has completed a minimum of 59 credit hours, and needs financial support to complete their studies. Applicants must maintain a 3.0 GPA at the University of Florida (UF), be a Florida resident, be enrolled full-time during the fall and spring semesters and be able to demonstrate financial need.
