I am interested in this scholarship because it will provide financial assistance to attend college. I work hard, but the additional funds would help me pursue my dreams of obtaining a college education.

This is a wonderful thing to be doing, Google no only helps us with our everyday tasks but with the heavy burdens of college costs.

Atiq Ishrak K  on 11/20/2020 6:59:47 PM

Hey, my name is Atiq. I am from Bangladesh and currently, I am staying in the USA. I am the Permanent Resident here. My major is Information Technology. My goal is to graduate and try to do something new that has not done before, something innovative. I want to do something for this country. So, for me it's hard to manage the College Tuition because I just transferred my credits in order to get my Bachelor. So I am looking for a Scholarship that can help me to take my Graduation and fulfill my dream. Thank You so much for reading.

Scholarship acts like an elixer to the motivation of PhD candidates (like me) which is often difficult to find. I believe this scholarship can help me pay for my tuition as well as cover living expense for a semester. Having come from a middle class family in India, I am well aware of the impact of a single penny to the life of a graduate student. As a PhD student, we often find ourselves in situations where the stipend remains the same but the expense increases. This scholarship will not only serve as a mental relaxation but also help me pay off some debts that I have piled up during my 3.5 years of PhD.

This scholarship seems like it was made for me. It has been my dream since I was little to pursue a degree in technology, particularly computer science. Learning about the machines and software that we use on a day to day basis which powers our lives has always fascinated me!

I'm a CS student and I love what I do. I always want to go further with what I already have and build new things. I saw that this scholarship helps CS/E students with studying in a higher education and its backed by a FAANG company so I applied in hopes of my values aligning with the goal of this Scholarship and possibly a tie to Google.

Love the value this scholarship brings to people! I'm applying to this Haiku Ninja Facebook Scholarship because I seek aid in going through a graduate program in biomedical engineering and I expect to contribute to the various elements of progress in our current society in the nation and ultimately around the world.

This scholarship is so amazing. It allows people like me to be creative where other scholarship sites and applications tend to be dull and dry. I love the diversity of the site and the vast amount of opportunities that exist with it.

Great scholarship idea! I've been using other scholarship sites a bit (i.e. Fastweb) but they simply are NOT giving me as many results as you guys. Plus I love that you have fun and creative scholarship contests like this one!

by Izzy Hall

March is the first month students may hear back from colleges they applied to during regular admission. Whether an acceptance letter comes in the mail or through an online portal, the excitement of being accepted into college is tangible. What may be less tangible is understanding how you and your family will pay for college. A new best-selling book aims to help untangle the process. [...]

by Izzy Hall

Back in September, a few colleges who had already adopted a test-optional policy for the current admissions cycle announced that they would be awarding merit scholarships without the need for applicants to submit test scores. Since then, more and more colleges and universities have quietly adopted test-optional merit aid policies to complement their currently test-optional admissions. [...]

Avoid Student Debt at Colleges with No Student Loans

February 25, 2021

by Izzy Hall

Here at Scholarships.com, we connect students with scholarships that can help alleviate the amount of student loans they need to take out to pay for college. But there are colleges out there that offer students such generous financial aid packages that they need to take out very little in loans if at all. These “no student loans” colleges replace student loans in financial aid packages with additional scholarships and grants to help fund a student’s tuition. Students accepted into these schools will pay much less than the cost of tuition and thus will not be as burdened with student debt. [...]
