Hello! My name is Mary Malget! I am a senior in high school and I have a 3.7 GPA. I will attend Oklahoma State University in Fall of 2023, majoring in Music Education with a minor in Religious Education. My goal is to help children learn about music and to offer an outlet for them to grow as people and in their faith. I am the President of my youth group and have worked at my Archdiocese summer camp as a counselor for two summers. I was also given the opportunity to work with non-profit childcare programs for the past year and a half. This scholarship would help me to reach my goal of eventually allowing children to learn about the blessing of music and also lead them to Christ!

Hi! My name is Zoey Strelka! I am a high school senior with a 4.0 GPA. I hope to attend Liberty University to get my BSN in global studies and later become a nurse practitioner. My ultimate goal is to become a full-time missionary while using my nursing degree overseas! Serving the Lord has been important to me since I learned what it meant to follow Christ and live for Him! I will be going overseas in January 2023 for a semester long mission trip. While I am still home, I am involved in my youth group and lead a discipleship group. I have been blessed to have volunteered at countless opportunities over the years. This scholarship would help me accomplish my goal of becoming a nurse and ultimately becoming a long-term missionary!

Hello! I am a graduating senior for the class of 2022 from Greeley Colorado! I have been a Christian my entire life, I attend a small church called Greeley First Church of the Nazarene. We are without a youth pastor at the moment and I have stepped in to lead our congregation in worship! This takes a lot of time and effort, and I do enjoy it. Being the worship leader at my church means that there is a lot to do. I have to pick the music for Sunday, gather the music into notebooks for the musicians, let the team know if there will be Thursday night rehearsal or not. If there is rehearsal I need to be there early, unlock the doors, and turn everything on, and when everyone leaves I need to make sure everything is turned off and that the doors are locked. We then have a Sunday morning rehearsal at 8, and I need to be there early to make sure everything is in place, and unlock the doors if needed. We practice till 9 and then go to Sunday school, and then at 10:30 I and the worship team lead the church in worship! I do all of this every week! I love it so much that I am going to minor in music ministry, while I am majoring in Music education. All that I do for the church is volunteer work, I do not get paid to do what I do. I could walk away and not help, but that's not what God is telling me is right. I will continue to do this for the church either until I leave for college, or our pastor hires a new music pastor.

Hi. I am a senior at Northeastern High School in York, Pennsylvania. I go to St. Matthew Lutheran Church and I am involved in youth group and helping the community. I have been in the church ever since I was born. I was able to attend the National Youth Gathering and attend Leadership Training camp two summers ago and that changed my mindset to become a leader in the church. I plan on attending Penn State Harrisburg in the fall and if I receive this scholarship I would be super grateful! Thank you for considering me for this amazing scholarship!

I am a senior at Prosper High School in Prosper, Texas. I go to First Baptist of Melissa, I work in the nursery and I am on the worship team in the teen center. I like to think that I have lived a God fearing life, I babysit and love sharing Gods word with the children I take care of and I just love helping everyone. I would like to attend Oklahoma Baptist University, I am applying for this scholarship because I want to be a nursing major and those classes cost so much. With COVID it has hit our family very hard, my dad is unemployed and my mom is an attendance clerk at a school so income is very tight. If I got this scholarship it would help so much. Thank you for reading and considering me.
