Kiwanis Foundation Scholarships

- Scholarship Description
To be eligible for any of the Alameda Kiwanis Foundation scholarships, students must graduate from a high school in the City of Alameda, California the year the scholarship is awarded, have a financial need, evidenced by a Student Aid Report issued by either the US Department of Education (the candidate must have filed a Free Application for Federal Student Aid) or the California Student Aid Commission (the candidate must have filed a California Dream Act Application).
Applicant must have been accepted to a vocational or trade school, or a college or university (collectively “institution”) accredited by an agency recognized by the US Department of Education Office of Postsecondary Education and demonstrate scholastic or other ability. Must demonstrates character, integrity and leadership through participation in school and/or extracurricular activities and exhibit a strong background in community service.
