• Scholarship Description
• The Hagan Scholarship is a nationwide need-based merit scholarship for high achieving rural students. These students must graduate from a public high school located in one of twenty-plus eligible states and in a county having fewer than 50,000 residents. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen and resident of an eligible state and must have attended as a junior and senior an eligible public high school and graduating in the coming spring, and will attend an eligible four-year college or university.

  In addition, applicants must also: have achieved a high school Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher; have an ACT score of 24 or higher; or have an SAT score of 1150 or higher. Applicants for this scholarship must have graduated from an eligible high school. If you believe your public high school is located in an eligible city or town and is not listed email HSF with the following information: your name, school name, name of city or town, population, and state.
