• Alarm Products Distributors, located in Roseville, Minnesota is excited to announce a scholarship opportunity to recognize the children of local first responders. The scholarship is in honor of the memory of David Ledo. David was a retired employee of APD and was well known for his designs of fire alarm systems. He passed away in March 2021. One scholarship will be offered in the summer. Applications are due on or before Monday, July 11th. The name of the selectee will be announced on Thursday, August 11th.

  Qualifying applicants who demonstrate extraordinary leadership skills and volunteerism in our community are most welcome to apply. The essay topic is: "How has being a child of a first responder influenced your life?" The submitted essay must be typed, double spaced with a minimum word count of 300 words.
