    The Western Undergrauate Exchange (WUE) is a merit based scholarship for incoming freshmen who are non-resident applicants to the University of New Mexico. Applicants must be from Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah Washington or Wyoming. Applicants must have a 2.8 GPA.
