• The Western Governors' Association is proud to announce "Celebrate the West", a regional art competition that challenges high school students to create works inspired by their state. The competition is open exclusively to high school students. Home-schooled students in that age group also may enter.

  Students must be in a school in Alaska, American Samoa, Arizona, California, Colorado, Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Northern Mariana Islands, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, or Wyoming.
