LPGA Renee Powell Scholarship

• Scholarship Description
• The Renee Powell Scholarship will be awarded through The LPGA Foundation and the LPGA Renee Powell Fund. Established in 2022, the Renee Powell Scholarship will provide financial aid to female, Black or African American, high school seniors pursuing a full-time course of study and playing collegiate golf at an accredited college or university in the United States. Through this effort, The LPGA Foundation will further its commitment to Change the Face of Golf and create opportunities for Black or African American girls to pursue their dreams.

  Two $5,000 scholarships will be awarded in the spring. Applicants must be of Black or African-American descent; Be a high school senior at the time of application; Have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA out of a 4.0 scale and be committed or in the process of committing to playing collegiate golf at an accredited college or university in the United States.
