• The Dolores Bush Scuderi and Richard J. Scuderi Scholarship is for college students of Polish descent (first-generation students given preference.) Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll as a half-time or full-time undergraduate or graduate student at any Penn State campus, have achieved a superior academic record, demonstrate financial need and be in good standing, as determined by the Office of Judicial Affairs.
