• For The Henrietta M. Fisher Memorial Honor Scholarship Fund, applicant must be a first-year, University Park baccalaureate student, a U.S. citizen and a Dauphin County resident (Steelton-Highspire High School graduates preferred). Applicants may be pursuing any college major (Engineering, Earth & Mineral Science, Science, Communications, and Liberal Arts majors preferred), and must demonstrate leadership and patriotism (ROTC students preferred).
