• tion The Jo Ann Rodriguez Memorial Scholarship is in memory of a long-time member of our club. Jo Ann leaves behind a legacy of encouraging women to achieve their full potential. Jo Ann was hardworking, elegant, thoughtful, and had a sharp sense of humor. She took the time to speak kindly and intelligently, but more importantly she sincerely listened. Recognized for her abilities to bring out the best in others, Jo Ann’s talents and warm personality will be memorialized through this scholarship. In Mrs. Rodriguez’ memory, recipients will be better able to attain a degree in business accounting. Applicants must have a primary residence in the Santa Clarita Valley area and be at least a 2nd year student with minimum 24 units and a GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Our goal is to encourage more young women to enter the field of business accounting in order to create a lucrative career and achieve success despite economic or social situations.
