FPHA Undergraduate Scholarship

• Scholarship Description
• Undergraduate Students seeking degrees in public health or health related programs are encouraged to apply for an FPHA Scholarship. Scholarship will be presented at the 2021 FPHA Virtual Conference, free registration to attend the annual Public Health Reimagined Virtual Conference, and a 2-year student membership beginning July the year the scholarship is awarded. The student does not need to be an FPHA member but must be nominated by an active member. Scholarship recipients will commit to actively serve on the Student Interest Group.

  Applicants must submit a narrative (1-2 pages) that explains professional goals and reasons for interest in health or public health; a resume/curriculum vitae; two original letters of recommendation for this scholarship from 2 non-family (preferably faculty members) references, and a copy of current transcript showing Grade Point Average.
