  • The Law Enforcement Officers’ (LEO) Dependents Scholarship program provides an eight-semester scholarship to any state-supported college, university, or technical institute in Arkansas to dependents of Arkansas residents who were killed or permanently disabled in the line of duty.

    Undergraduates who are dependent children or spouses of persons killed or permanently disabled in the line of duty as a law enforcement officer, firefighter, forester, correctional officer, Community Punishment Department or Transportation Department employees, and teachers are eligible to apply. Eligible applicants must: be younger than 23; be legal US residents; and plan on attending a school in Arkansas. This is renewable upon a 2.0 GPA.
