• The CBC Ally Financial Public Policy Scholars Program sponsored by Ally Financial, awards scholarships to academically talented and highly motivated African American or Black students pursuing an undergraduate degree in public policy or a related discipline including but not limited to political science or public administration.

  Applicant must be a U.S. citizen/legal permanent resident who is a full-time undergraduate sophomore or junior at an accredited college or university and demonstrate a commitment to public policy. Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA on 4.0 scale, exhibit leadership and be active in community. Selected applicants will be qualified African-American or black students.
