It seems people are submitting reasons for a scholarship here. For any future people who come across this opportunity, don't type in the comments about your info.

I’m applying for this scholarship because I refuse to let the set backs that life has thrown my way define my future. With the help of this scholarship I would be able to afford to go to The University of South Florida which has an excellent Speech Pathology Program. Recently I’ve had to work extra shifts to help with hospital bills that have burdened my mother. If I’m rewarded I will not only have more aid but I will be able to live on campus or near the campus which will put myself in a better learning environment.

Im applying for this scholarship because my goal is to study right here in the Gulf Community state colleague and I just starting working as a part time I struggle with all the payments for insurance and school and my car. I am seventeen years old I for some people I am too young to work full time and too young to drive and the insurance is too expensive. my goal is to continue my education and help my parents. when in the future I see the struggles of my past because the economic situation I going to be proud of myself and help others who will struggle like me. My goal is to complete my A.A. and continue my education in physical therapy or nursing because when you serve other you construct your character. .

I am applying for this scholarship because being a recent high school graduate and started a new part-time job is not easy. I am only able to afford as much as I can. I am a 19 year old undergraduate student and I am only beginning to know what it is like to be an adult. Between paying for student loans, car insurance and as well as other basic needs, I am in need of assistance financially. I recently started my college education back in August and I think it has been going very well. My hope is to achieve my A.A and transfer to a university to obtain my major in Psychology and my minor in video game design. Trying to obtain a scholarship is a hard feat to accomplish and so far, it has been really rough. I have tried over and over and it was close but not close enough. I hope that with the help of this scholarship, I wanna turn my pipedream into a foreseeable reality.

I am applying for this scholarship because I truly need help with completing my educational degree. I am 15 credits away from receiving my A.S in Business Administration. With this scholarship I will be able to reach my goal and move to a better position in a great company. This degree I am try so desperately to obtain will give me my career job. I am a single mother of 4 and my struggle is real but no matter what I will try my very best to push forward to try and make my dream a reality.
